It's common to run into problems with Photoshop and scripts if you aren't running Photoshop as an Administrator under Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Run Photoshop once as an administrator
- Navigate to the install folder of Photoshop. For example, C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014\
- Right-click the program icon (the .exe file).
- Choose Run As Administrator.
- If you see a User Account Control prompt, accept it.

- Right-click the program icon (the .exe file).
- Choose Properties.
